£35-68k DOE

(Junior, Consultant, Senior, Principal, Associate) 

 

Backed by 25 years of success this Master Developer provide specialist support to Blue-Chip housebuilders on mass infrastructure schemes. Clients include Taylor Wimpey, Hallam Land,  Vistry, This Land, Countryside and Crest Nicholson. Their projects include the strategic major infrastructure for new towns and settlements of between 2000-5000 new homes.  It’s an exciting time to join as their long standing relationships have led to the further expansion of their Midlands operations into the South West, recently opening new offices to support this growth.

As a Civil Engineer you’ll be…

Designing a variety of infrastructure schemes for the largest and most prestigious developments in the UK. This will include:

-Highway design (S38/S278) both preliminary and detailed

-Drainage design (s104/s98)

-Design of foul pumping stations, SUDS, flow control structures and balancing facilities

-Residential and commercial external works design including earthworks assessments

-Micro drainage

-Liaising with local authorities
