As Senior Planner you'll be responsible for pre-tender and construction planning for a varied portfolio of projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.

This includes:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive construction schedules.
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitoring project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
  • Conducting site visits to assess construction progress and identify any issues that may impact the schedule.
  • Working closely with subcontractors to coordinate activities and ensure timely project completion.
  • Utilise industry-standard planning software to create and update project schedules (Asta Powerproject or Microsoft Projects)
